Olbia: a city rich in history, culture, and archaeological sites, but above all in sea, beaches, and entertainment. At Casa di Monica, located in a quiet residential area, close to a park, a bus stop, and a few minutes' drive from the historic center of Olbia, the port, the airport, and the hospital.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free internet connection.
The B&B, spread over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms: on the first floor, there is a double room with a refrigerator and a private bathroom, a living room, and a terrace. On the second floor, there are the other rooms:
- Family room consisting of 2 rooms:
- 1 double room and
- 1 double room with the possibility of separating the bed into 2 singles
- 1 external bathroom next to the rooms.
- Quadruple suite with the possibility of adding a fifth bed and/or a camping cot and a private bathroom in the room.
Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer, an electric kettle with tea bags and instant coffee.
For longer stays, bed linen and towels will be changed every three/four days, while daily cleaning is included.
In the bathrooms, you will find hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
A rich buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory, with options for celiac and vegan guests, is served on the balcony of the living room or in the lounge. A refrigerator is available for guests.
The Casa di Monica property is located in a quiet residential area, 3 km from both the port and the airport of Olbia, and 2 km from the hospital. Within 300 meters of the property, there is a pizzeria, a mini-market, and a bar. Small pets are allowed, with a cleaning fee of €10 in total. Children are welcome. Children under 2 years old pay €15, while children from 2 to 10 years old pay €25 per night each. A tourist tax of €2. 50 per person per day is required for a maximum of 7 days. There is a bus stop 100 meters away that takes you to the most beautiful beaches in the city. To the north, there are Pittulongu, Bados, etc., and to the south, there are Porto Istana, Marina Maria, and Le Saline (ideal for windsurfing), Capo Coda Cavallo, Porto Taverna, Porto Finanza, and San Teodoro. 15 km away is San Paolo, a town overlooking the protected marine area of Tavolara, reachable only by boat or by renting a dinghy. Leaving Olbia towards Loiri for 5 km, it is possible to visit the Castle of Pedres and the Tombs of the Giants. The Costa Smeralda, Porto Rotondo, Arzachena, and the town of San Pantaleo, famous for being nestled between granite peaks reminiscent of a Far West landscape, with its Thursday morning market (from 9: 00 to 13: 00) featuring local products, clothing, and crafts, are easily accessible from Olbia. From Palau, you can reach the Maddalena Archipelago and Caprera with a short ferry crossing or by renting dinghies or taking tourist boats.

The rooms are curated by Monica, who with skilled hands has furnished and filled them with love.
The BLUE SUITE Room: a bedroom with a double bed and three single beds, the room is large and very bright. In each room it is possible to add an extra bed for children up to four years of age, with a camping cot, provided with an additional mattress to make it more comfortable. The air-conditioned rooms are all equipped with Wi-Fi connection.
